Flute Lessons
Flute lessons are available for students aged 8 and up. Adult students are also welcomed, however levels from beginner to AMEB Grade 4 are offered. It is also compulsory for flute students to provide their own flute and have serviced when needed- a flute will not be provided to students. Lessons closely follow the AMEB syllabus, however students are not obliged to enrol and complete exams. The aim for students is to gain confidence and skills within their learnings, whilst also having a fun and enjoyable experience. Students must have a minimum of between eighteen months to two years of training prior to considering exams, eisteddfodau & competitions.
Theory Tuition
Theory tuition is tailored for those who wish to understand written music, or wish to further their knowledge in their chosen instrument. Theory tuition is included in all instrument lessons offered by Rebekah's Music, but also may be learnt separately. The AMEB syllabus is followed carefully, with the aim to complete AMEB theory exams being the focus. Theory tuition may also be used to assist in secondary and university level composition and harmony-based assessment.
Piano Lessons
Piano lessons are available for students aged 5 and up. Adult students are also welcomed, however levels from beginner to AMEB Grade 4 are offered. Voice Lessons
Vocal lessons are available for students aged 4 and up. Adult students are also welcomed, as well as any level of student (beginner to advanced). Styles of singing that are taught include popular, musical theatre and classical. The aim for students is to gain confidence and skills within their vocal learnings, whilst also having a fun and enjoyable experience. Students must have a minimum of twelve months of training prior to considering exams, eisteddfodau & competitions.
